Built by Prior Chillenden circa 1400 as guest lodgings, it incorporates parts of the monastery kitchen and Pentise Gatehouse. Grade 1 listed.

Dolmen undertook significant structural repairs to C15 oak floors and floorboards with other associated conservation work. The project aligned us closely with the Dean and Chapter of Canterbury, Purcell’s and The Morton Partnership.
