Dolmen have been appointed as Glasshouse and timber structure specialist for this important heritage project in Chelsea.

As part of the main project development, Dolmen undertook a measured survey and produced scaled drawings of the structures.  The structural components were carefully recorded.

In addition, we produced a detailed condition report, ‘marked up’ drawings and a full schedule of repairs that show the structural repairs required under the following descriptions; (i) repairs (ii) replacement (iii) further investigation (vi) no action.
The repair programme of the glasshouses is due to start in Feb 2021.
